YBG IS A MOVEMENT that will inspire young men and women to dream bigger and reach higher. We foster the belief that if you work hard and believe in yourself, anything is possible. Through example, it is our goal to develop future athletes, entrepreneurs and trailblazers. My leadership will provide motivation, discipline, and a strong foundation to prepare the future generation to be successful, and to excel on a global level. In addition to YBG serving as a beacon of hope, it will also provide young people with the necessary elements to become prominent citizens and leaders of tomorrow. Rashad McCants |
