Week in Review
by Jason Grodsky
After an outstanding month of March, Rashad began April with an uncharacteristic performance, but it turns out it was just an April fool’s joke.
No. 1 threw down 17 points in just 19 minutes against Utah on Wednesday after scoring just one basket in Minnesota’s Tuesday night game versus Detroit. Both games resulted in losses for the Timberwolves (19-55).
04.02.08 | Tough Time in D-town
Rashad logged a rare off night, scoring a season low two points in Minnesota’s 94-90 road loss to the Pistons.
04.03.08 | Seventeen Points, 19 Minutes
No. 1 returned to form Wednesday, dropping 17 points on 6-of-11 shooting in the Timberwolves 110-100 defeat at the hands of the Jazz.
NEXT UP
Rashand and the Timberwolves take on Western Conference power Phoenix (50-25) on the road tonight at 9 PM.
